This was my first time attending AfroNation! AfroNation came to my hometown for the second year in a row, and I just had to go! The tickets for one day were roughly USD 80. I opted for the GA ticket, and the line moved fast. The concert was slightly delayed (due to rain), but was still a great time!
For a more thorough view of my experience, check out my AfroNation Detroit Vlog here. Have you been to AfroNation?
Food Vendors were good! There were about ten different vendors to try. I got the Birria tacos and they were good. The bathrooms for GA ticket holders were clean and no wait time. I was impressed.
AfroNation executed well and I am so happy they returned to Detroit! If you love AfroBeats or Amapiano music, go! What are you waiting on!?!
Let’s just say I had so much fun that I have already pre-registered for AfroNation Portugal! The 2025 lineup was too good to pass up. I recommend getting tickets early, as they do sell out quite fast (Especially the Portugal one)!
